We can’t begin to tell you how fortunate we feel. Of all the apartments to rent, of all the property managers to rent from, and all the developers who would love to have you as a resident; you chose us. We’ll never forget that and we’re going to do our very best to make you feel at home in your apartment. In this section, we’re providing some information and resources to assist you, but always feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns, or even some praise – if we’re deserving.
There are two ways you can pay your rent.
1) Mail your check, money order or certified check (made payable to the building name you live in), to Avante Properties, 120 East Lakeside Street, Suite 200, Madison, WI, 53715. Please do not mail cash and include your apartment address in the check memo if it isn’t included in your address.
2) Pay online by signing in to your resident portal.

If you have a non-emergency request, please reach out to your Property Manager, or submit a request through your portal.

For emergency work orders needed outside of our regular business hours (M-F, 8am – 5pm), please call 608.294.4080 and follow the prompts. Please note, an emergency is anything that would damage property or endanger lives. Please reference your move-in packet or reference our emergency maintenance protocol for a defined list of emergencies.
Utilities (Gas & Electric)
If you are interested in reserving a community room, simply log into your resident portal to make your reservation requests. When logged in to your resident portal select Reservations from the top menu and then “Request a Reservation”.
