We can’t begin to tell you how fortunate we feel. Make a rent payment

There are two ways you can pay your rent.

1) Mail your check, money order or certified check (made payable to the building name you live in), to Avante Properties, 120 East Lakeside Street, Suite 200, Madison, WI, 53715.  Please do not mail cash and include your apartment address in the check memo if it isn’t included in your address.

2) Pay online by using the “Pay my rent” link below.

Maintenance requests

Please complete the Residential Maintenance Request form using the link below for NON-EMERGENCY maintenance and someone will stop by within 1-3 business days.

After hours emergency maintenance

For emergency work orders needed outside of our regular business hours (M-F, 8am – 5pm), please call 608.294.4080 and follow the prompts.  Please note, an emergency is anything that would damage property or endanger lives.  Please reference your move-in packet for a defined list of emergencies.
