Pet Policy

• Pets must be spayed or neutered
• Pets must be current on rabies vaccines
• Pets must be licensed
• Pets must be a minimum of 8 weeks old
• Two pets maximum per apartment with a maximum weight of 100 pounds combined
• Dogs are allowed on 1st floor only, and cats are allowed on any floor

• 1 cat: $50/month
• 2 cats: $75/month
• 1 dog: $50/month
• 2 dogs: $75/month
• 1 cat and 1 dog: $75/month

Fees may apply for other pets

Dog Breeds
Our properties don’t allow the following breeds, pure or mixed: Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Chow Chow or Pit Bull/American Staffordshire Terrier, as well as any other breeds deemed unacceptable by management.

Other
Our properties don’t allow exotic animals, farm animals, rabbits, ferrets, reptiles or rodents. We reserve the right to modify this list of breeds and types of animals at any time. We reserve the right to decline animals deemed inappropriate for the premises.
