Located in Uptown Fitchburg on Lacy Road, Osprey consists of studio, micro ones (more natural light than a studio; smaller than a one bedroom), one bedroom, one bed + dens, two and three bedroom units. Water/Sewer/Trash are included in the rent. Utilities/Cable/Internet are paid for by the resident and one underground parking stall is available for $35/month.
