Waitlist + Availability

Want to be on our waitlist for the latest and greatest apartments in all of Fitchburg and Madison?

Well, now you can!  It’s pretty easy, just follow one of the two steps below:

2. Fill out the Question Box below, check that you aren’t a robot (unless you are) and click Submit!

Whichever route you go, make sure you let us know:

• When you are looking to move – please be as specific as possible
• Type of unit you are looking for (studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, etc.)
• Price point you want to be around or under
• Apartment complex or location you are in interested in
• If you have any cute furry or otherwise companions that will be living with you

That’s it – like we said, easy, peasy!

To view availability, check out our website as it’s always kept up to date.  Make sure to update the availability date before you start your search!  We tend to know our availability approximately 90-120 days in advance.  Thank you!
