Water/Sewer/Trash is included in the rent. Utilities/Cable/Internet are paid for by the resident and one underground parking stall is available for $45/month.

You enter into a simplistic, but eye-catchy lobby lounge that features fun colors, depth and dimension. Concrete floors, trendy light fixtures and casual seating invite you into the space. It will be the perfect spot to wait for take-out, friends and family because, trust us, Falcon and your unit is going to be the place to be! Enjoy Falcon’s top-notch fitness room with treadmills, elliptical, motion and functional trainers, stair-stepper, spinning cycles, TRX, free weights, kettle balls and more! Plus, we are right down the street from the Capitol City Bike Trail and the newest Uptown Biking Loop that circles E Cheryl and Lacy Road. Falcon residents have access to our Clubhouse – just a hop, skip and a jump away.
