Kelly Smith —
Property Manager/Development Associate
Kelly began her career with Avante Properties as an intern before graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in December 2006 with a Degree in Agricultural Business Management.

As a student, Kelly was a tutor for the UW’s Introduction to Applied Economics course. Now, Kelly is a full-time member of our staff and assists in the day-to-day operations of our ventures. She also oversees the condition of our properties and tends to our tenant’s reqests.

A licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Kelly manages our buildings and works to maintain tenant relations. She is also oversees Avante's marketing efforts and assists in leasing activities.
