Chris Armstrong —
Development & Leasing Director
Chris graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He has also earned BS and MS Engineering Degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Chris is responsible for site selection, brokerage and leasing of all our current and future projects. He is also responsible for managing the approval process with the City of Fitchburg.

Currently, Chris is an active member of the City of Fitchburg’s Community & Economic Development Authority.
