I have been a loyal Avante Properties tenant for six years now, but The Post has been by far my favorite place to live! I absolutely love living at The Post Apartments! This place genuinely offers an incredible combination of luxury, convenience, and value right in the heart of the city. The downtown vibes are fantastic, but what makes the experience truly exceptional are the amenities and staff. Having a well-equipped gym on-site and the amazing bonus of a wine bar, Tricky Foods, downstairs elevates the living experience significantly—it’s perfect for unwinding after a long day. On the practical side, the value is unbeatable; The Post is surprisingly affordable compared to similar properties in the area. Best of all, the maintenance team is incredibly responsive and handles requests quickly and professionally, which is a huge peace of mind. To top it off, the community is great—the neighbors are responsible and quiet, making for a truly peaceful and pleasant environment. Highly, highly recommend!

Sequoya Commons is a great place to live! It is a super convenient place to live if you work at the nearby hospitals and it's also close to several grocery stores and the Hilldale Mall. Staff are friendly and responsive. Areas are clean. If there is a mess, it gets cleaned up quickly. Very safe place to live.There is not a fitness center but we get a discount at the Anytime Fitness downstairs. Pet friendly. There is a nice common area that can be reserved for events. It is a friendly atmosphere and the neighbors are super kind. We moved in a couple of months ago and have been happy with our time here so far!

This is my first apartment post-grad and I couldn't be happier with it, which is why I renewed. The location and environment are great for those looking for ease to downtown and action, while also enjoying the outdoor trails this area has to offer. I love the convenience of having Kwik Trip across the street (probably a little too much) lol - overall, great clubhouse / grills / fire pits for summertime, accessible gym with everything you need, and buildings are kept clean & well-maintained. Staff is friendly too! It truly feels like a community.
